On Thursday April 6th we will be hosting a Pasta Masterclass. Antonio and Fabiano will be divulging the secrets of one of our most popular dishes. “Ravioli Piemontese”. This is a dish that has been on our menu since the earliest days of Poderi Crisci and is a firm favourite amongst our regular guests. The class will be by a light lunch including a glass of our 2015 Chardonnay, a wine that compliments the Ravioli Piemontese perfectly.
